I am a dedicated, organized and methodical individual. I have good interpersonal skills, am an excellent team worker and am keen and very willing to learn and develop new skills. I am reliable and dependable and often seek new responsibilities within a wide range of employment areas. I have an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done. I am determined and decisive.

To be responsible for the day to day service provision to the customers by producing detailed work schedules for the Care Workers and providing both written and verbal instructions/guidance to them.
To ensure that telephones are answered promptly and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner. To maintain confidentiality at all times and carry out the company’s Confidentiality Policy.
