My father’s Care & Support Worker is very caring and because of her support and positive attitude towards him, he is able to remain living at his home address. The Care & Support Worker liaises with my family and if at all unsure discusses with them. They keep my father happy reminding him of his meds and making him lunch and drinks.

The Team

Fiona Gaudin

Registered Manager

Fiona is the Registered Manager and is very passionate about caring for the local community and enjoys helping those who are in need of support to be able to enjoy the safety, security and comforts of care in their own home.

She has 13 years’ experience providing care and support services, working within the NHS as medical secretary/pa, receptionist, practice manager and supervisor. She also has several years’ experience not only as a care and support worker in the community but also coordinating and managing care services.

Her experience includes working in mental health (OCD, Personality disorder, depression and schizophrenia, neurology), Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, strokes, epilepsy, spine injuries, and Huntington's disease. She also has experience in a leading eye hospital (cataract and glaucoma) as well as in rheumatology and cardiology. She has extensive experience working with clients with Dementia and those thus needing home help support.
