We can provide the care and support you require 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Bank Holidays. We also provide an out of hours service and can provide services at short notice.

Our services are flexible and respond to your changing priorities and needs. We help you to stay in control of your own care as far as you are able, and we always listen carefully to what you tell us about how you want to receive your care and support.
At the onset, we will work closely with you to devise a plan which will support you to live at home. You will be personally introduced to your team of care and support workers. We can provide you with all the care and support you need in the morning such as bathing, showering, and help with continence care, breakfast, medication and washing up. We can also assist in looking after your pet.
At lunch times, we can make you a meal or assist you to make a meal, help you with any toileting needs and help you take your medication.
In the afternoon, we can take you out to a restaurant or make you a meal. In the evening, we can help you with your evening meal, showering, bathing, medication, closing your curtains and ensuring your house is secure.
We tailor every plan to suit each person’s particular needs and ensure that we treat people in a way that we would like to be treated ourselves.
My father’s Care & Support Worker is very caring and because of her support and positive attitude towards him, he is able to remain living at his home address. The Care & Support Worker liaises with my family and if at all unsure discusses with them. They keep my father happy reminding him of his meds and making him lunch and drinks.
