Motor Neurone
MND can affect walking, talking, eating, drinking and breathing, but not all symptoms happen to everyone with the disease, and is it unlikely they will develop at the same time, or in any specific order.
We provide full support for those with MND and their families, working closely with the Motor Neurone Disease Association for training. The Association also helps us further develop care services for people with MND who wish to continue living comfortably in their own home.
“I have nothing but admiration for the quality of care and support that both my father and myself have had from his carers especially in last few months. When everything else was uncertain, we could depend on the level of professionalism of the carers. Thanks so much Avant.”
