Whether it’s a limitation on a person’s physical functioning, mobility, dexterity or stamina, or an impairment such as a respiratory disordes, blindness, epilepsy or sleep disorder, we have trained and experienced care staff who can help.
During our initial meeting with the individual and their family, we will spend time discussing background, history, culture, medical condition and more, so that we can match the right care and physical disability support worker to you.
The care and support we provide is person-centred, offers dignity, and is always tailored to the particular needs of the individual.
“Our family would like to thank you (the care workers) for all your hard work. You really care about our mother and they are grateful for all you do. You are like one of the family and we trust you completely.”
My father’s Care & Support Worker is very caring and because of her support and positive attitude towards him, he is able to remain living at his home address. The Care & Support Worker liaises with my family and if at all unsure discusses with them. They keep my father happy reminding him of his meds and making him lunch and drinks.
